Ewa Woydyłło-Osiatyńska, Piotr Mosak and Joanna Sadzik Join Holistic Talk 2026

The third edition of Holistic Talk is a unique forum for ideas in Poland, where the values of Truth, Goodness and Humanism meet science, culture and ethics. The event brings together entrepreneurs, business leaders, specialists, scientists and students, creating a unique space for face-to-face networking and the exchange of ideas in a city that has been named Poland’s Capital of Culture for 2026.

Official program on the main stage

The updated program for the main stage is as follows:

• 4:30–4:40 p.m. | Introduction
  The official opening will be led by Jaśmina Nowak, a journalist with Radio Wnet and Newsmax TV and president of the Freedom of Speech Foundation.
• 4:40–5:00 p.m. | Film Music Concert: A Metaphysical Journey
  A special performance by the string quartet of the Cavatina Philharmonic Orchestra, taking participants into the world of film music.
• 5:00–5:35 p.m. | Talk #1: “Time Stands Still in Space”
  Radosław Ambroży — an astronomy enthusiast, member of the staff at the Lubomir Astronomical Observatory, and author of Na progu Wszechświata. He will encourage us to look beyond Earth’s horizon and reflect on humanity’s place in the cosmos.
• 5:35–6:10 p.m. | Talk #2: “Not Everything Has to Be Carried Forward: On the Art of Living Well”
  Dr. Ewa Woydyłło-Osiatyńska — a distinguished psychologist and renowned psychotherapist, and the author of bestsellers including Zaproszenie do życia and W zgodzie ze sobą. She will speak about psychological resilience, forgiveness, and the art of living consciously.
• 6:10–6:45 p.m. | Talk #3: “War Never Ends Inside a Human Being”
  Przemysław Wójtowicz — a war veteran, former commander, and sniper instructor. He will address the difficult but extremely important subject of psychological resilience and returning to life after trauma.
• 6:45–7:20 p.m. | Talk #4: “Why Do People Want to Be Good, and How Can We Unlock This Mechanism in Them?”
  Joanna Sadzik — president of the WIOSNA Association, which runs Szlachetna Paczka and the Academy of the Future, and an expert in thoughtful and responsible approaches to helping others.
• 7:20–8:00 p.m. | Holistic News Live Podcast: “Relationships: Life’s Most Important Project”
  Piotr Mosak — a well-known psychologist, couples therapist, and business trainer with nearly 30 years of experience. He will take part in a live conversation about the strength of human relationships and how to build authentic bonds, hosted by Jarosław Kumor.
• 8:00–10:00 p.m. | Private VIP meeting (chamber hall)
  A formal networking dinner for invited guests, speakers, partners, and VIP ticket holders.

The Authors’ Zone

At the same time, the foyer of Cavatina Hall will host a book fair and direct meetings with writers and speakers. It will be a special opportunity to talk face to face, get autographs, and take part in discussions. The Authors’ Zone will feature:

• Jacek Piekara — a prominent Polish fantasy writer and creator of the bestselling Inquisitor Cycle.
• Dariusz Jaroń — a reportage writer and journalist, author of Polscy himalaiści and Tatrzańskie opowieści.
• Szymon Pękala — a popularizer of logic, creator of the Wojna Idei channel, and author of publications on rational thinking.
• Andrzej Kucybała — an educator and conductor, and co-author of the monograph Jan Smeterlin. Zapomniany wirtuoz fortepianu.
• Bartłomiej Wypartowicz and Wojciech Kozioł — senior editors at Defence24, geopolitical analysts, and co-authors of the widely discussed books Między Bugiem a prawdą and Wojna, której nie chcemy.
• The speakers Radosław Ambroży, Przemysław Wójtowicz, Dr. Ewa Woydyłło-Osiatyńska, and Piotr Mosak have also announced that they will be present in the foyer.
